Aisa karene se aapki twacha mein nikhar aayegaaur aapka chehre jhuriyon se rahit ho jaayega. Chehre ka vyayam karke

Kheere ke tukdon ko golakar kaat len aur apni aankhon ke upar aur neeche rakhen. Kuch tukdon ko apne lalaat par bhi rakhen. Issay aapki ankhon ke paas ki jhuriyan door hongi. Aisa pratyek din ek baar karen aur aapki jhuriyan 2 saptah mein door ho jaayengi. Ek aur vidhi apnayen. Aadha cup dahi mein do chammach kisa hua kheera milayen aur usay apne chehre par lagayen. Ab 20 minute baad halke gungune pani se apna chehra doh len. Aisa saptah mein 2 baar karen. Aap payenge ki aapki twacha se jhuriyaan gayab ho gayi hain aur aapki twacha nikhar gayi hai.

Nariyal dwara

 Nariyal vitamin aur mineral ka khajana hai. Iskay paas twacha ko nami pradan karne ki shamta hai aur yeh twacha ko naram aur jawan banati hai. Kaacha nariyal aur uskay doodh ko le len. Isay apne chehre par lagayen. 20 minute tak isi tarah rahen. Iske baad chehra dooh len. Aapki twacha nikar jayegi aur iskijhuriyan khatm ho jaayengi.

Gazar ka ras peekar

Gazar ka ras 2-3 saptahh tak pratyek din dopahar mein piyen. Aisa karne se apko acchi matra mein vitamin prapt hoga aur aapki jhuryian door ho jaayengi. Hamesha Jawan Dikhne Ke Liye Kya Kare.
Gulab jal lagane se twacha saaf hoti hai tatha gulabgal twacha ko tight bhi karta hai. 2 se 3 boond gulab jal mein 3 se 4 boond glycerine mila len. Ismay aadha chammach nibo ka ras milaye. Ab rui ke dwara is mishran ko apne chehre par raat mein sone se pehle lagayen. Aisa karne se aapki twacha ki jhuriyaan door ho jaayengi aur aap jawan dikhne lagengi. Iske alawa gulab jal ki 1 chamach lekar usmay 1 chammach dahi aur 1 chammach shahad milayen. Is mishran me paka hua kela milayen. Ab isay apne chehre par 20 minute ke liye lagayen. Aisa karne se aapke chehre ki jhuriyaan door ho jaayengi.

Acche aur paushtik khane se

Jawan dikhne ke liye yeh bhi zaroori hai ki aap accha aur paushtik khayen.  Hari sabziyaan, fal, doodh lene se sharir ki takat badhti hai jo twacha par akraman kar rahe sukshm jeevon se ladti hai tatha twacha ko aswasth nahin hone dete tatha twacha par jhuriyan bhi nahin padne detee. Is prakar poshan lene se aap sada jawan dikh sakteen hain.
